Refund policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases for US Wrapped, operated by JERRY THE MARTIAN CONSULTING - FZCO (d/b/a UsWrapped).
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

2. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play

If your purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by the applicable store provider under their policies.
We cannot directly issue or force store refunds for charges processed by Apple or Google.

3. Purchases billed directly by us (if available)

If we process your payment directly, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original charge date.
Approved refunds are generally limited to cases where a technical issue prevented use of the paid service and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund charges already applied, unless required by law.
For App Store and Play Store purchases, manage cancellation in your store account settings.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, platform (Apple, Google, or direct), order/receipt ID, purchase date, and the issue you experienced.
We usually respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing timeline

Once a direct refund is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method. Posting times vary by bank/card issuer and usually take 5-10 business days.
